The ocean is a magical place in my opinion and it is becoming a family tradition to spend a week at the Cannon Beach Conference Center each summer. This year we switched weeks for our conference and came for a full 7 days rather than the short week we usually attend. Breakfast this morning was a bit different and we had a few minutes to walk down to the beach and see the water. The kids were very excited and wanted to jump in right away even without their swimsuits. Eric and I finally convinced them that we would be back at the beach and they could swim a bit later.
